RIP Billy Bang
From Vietnam infantryman to underground revolutionary to free jazz violinist who collaborated with (among others) Sun Ra, Sirone, Charles Tyler, William Hooker and William Parker, Billy Bang led a more interesting life than most, at least according to his Wikipedia page. I have a couple of CDs with him on them... My respects...
