Joe weighs in
Joe Keithley just emailed me the following: "it was a cruel hoax. Chuck is alive."
(Chuck Biscuits apparently joined DOA at age 14, and has since played for Danzig, Social Distortion and many others. DOA just released a 30th anniversary DVD).
