Initially one reacts with disgust and outrage, but I suspect his only real crime is against decorum: he's making the inequities of capitalism as she stands far too obvious, is being insensitive not to the homeless that he's using but to those who would maintain a comfortable denial that such exploitations are an ingrained aspect o' the system...
